We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate Subject Matter Expert (SME) in React Native to join our dynamic product development team. Ideally the candidate should be 10-15 years at least working with Mobile applications. Strong foundation in mobile development, architecture patterns and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities - Provide expert-level guidance on React Native architecture, best practices, and performance optimization. Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and robust mobile application architectures. Make critical technical decisions related to technology choices, frameworks, and libraries within the React Native ecosystem. A minimum of 6-7 years of React Native Experience. They should be experienced and well-rounded in terms of general solution design and application architecture frameworks and principles. They need experience with the concept of Super App/Host App - at least one of the team needs to lead this architecture design that has proven experience. Excellent communication and ensuring design patterns are well communicated across all teams. In terms of 5 core technical skills:

1. Strong Command of JavaScript (ES6+) and Typescript for scalable and maintainable code
2. Deep understanding of React fundamentals (hooks, context API, Functional components)
3. Mobile App Architecture and performance optimisation Understanding of lazy loading, memory management, reducing re-renders etc… React native bridges and their optimal development Experience integration 3rd party SDKs, APIs, and Libraries (Firebase etc..)
4. Security & State Management Implementing Secure AuthN (OAuth, JWT etc..) Understanding of security, secure enclaves, local biometrics and the react native integrations for the same Encryption, cert pinning, obfuscation Managing complex app states using redux, recoil, mobx, and context API of similar technologies, efficiency is key.
5. Understands and can manage pipeline/build, and app deployment considerations in a React Native world App signing, versioning Automated testing (all disciplines within) Handling of App Store & Google Play Store, including OTA updates etc.

Bonus Points: Contributions to open-source React Native projects. AI: Github co-pilot, Coda, Context Engineering, AI Native development
