Roles & Responsibilities: • Should provide technical leadership • Make sure that quality is maintained in the deliveries • Make sure system have no blockers and if any provide solution • Help in providing system design, high level estimates etc. • Come up with proper coding standards and make sure that team is aligned to it • Stakeholder communication • Participate in org level initiatives Must Have: • He should have strong hands-on experience in Python and Python frameworks. • Possess strong OOPs concepts. • Must have experience in production support, usage of various monitoring tools, viz. Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus • Must have carried out Alerting within the application • Must have experience on caching mechanism • Knowledge and work experience in Performance optimization and scalability • Must have worked on a queuing mechanism in anyone of them, viz. Kafka, FMQ, RabbitMQ • Should have knowledge on AI-DLC or usage of AI using prompts. Experience 8+ years of experience in Python and its various frameworks.
