Solution Design, Application Delivery and Integration

Role: Enterprise Applications & Integration Technical Lead Function Solution Design, Application Delivery and Integration Experience 5 -10 years Primary technologies ASP.NET, enterprise interfaces, e-Services platforms; mainframe integration exposure

Role purpose Lead the analysis, design, development and support of enterprise applications and integrations across web, distributed and legacy platforms. The role owns the translation of business requirements into implementable designs and coordinates delivery through testing, deployment and production support. Key responsibilities • Analyze business needs, facilitate requirement clarification and prepare or contribute to BRD, FDS, HLD and LLD documentation. • Translate approved requirements and designs into scalable, secure, maintainable and supportable application and integration solutions. • Design, develop and support ASP.NET applications and enterprise interfaces connecting internal systems, external systems, mainframe applications and e-Services platforms. • Define interface behavior, data flows, error handling, operational controls and support requirements in collaboration with relevant system owners. • Provide technical leadership across application development, configuration, integration, defect resolution and implementation readiness. • Coordinate unit testing, SIT, UAT and regression testing, including test planning, defect triage, evidence management and exit-readiness support. • Lead or support incident investigation, root cause analysis, system monitoring, interface management and production support. • Manage technical release readiness, deployment coordination, rollback planning and post-release validation. • Maintain solution designs, interface specifications, test artefacts, runbooks, operating procedures and knowledge-transfer materials. • Communicate technical decisions, risks, dependencies and implementation considerations clearly to business and technology stakeholders. Required skills and experience • Proven experience designing, developing and supporting ASP.NET applications and enterprise integrations. • Experience integrating internal applications, external systems, legacy/mainframe platforms and digital or e-Services channels. • Strong capability in business and systems analysis, solution design and technical documentation across BRD, FDS, HLD and LLD artefacts. • Understanding of scalable solution design, supportability, interface controls, error management and operational monitoring. • Experience in incident management, root cause analysis, release control, deployment and production support. • Experience planning and supporting unit testing, SIT, UAT and regression testing. • Strong verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Role-relevant certification such as TOGAF, ITIL, PMP, CISA, Microsoft/cloud certification, vendor certification or an equivalent credential, where applicable. • Experience with modernization programs that connect legacy and contemporary application landscapes. • Understanding of enterprise architecture, service management and controlled software-delivery practices.
