Finacle Developer

Key Skills & Responsibilities: Hands-on experience in Finacle Core Banking development and customization. Experience with Finacle 10x and understanding of Finacle customization. Experience in Finacle 7x to 10x upgrade and related development activities. Strong experience in Finacle scripting and customization development. Hands-on experience with Finacle Integration APIs and troubleshooting integration-related issues. Good knowledge of Oracle SQL for database analysis and issue resolution. Experience with JSP and JavaScript for application-level debugging and development. Good knowledge of Unix/Linux environments. Experience in production debugging, incident analysis, and defect resolution. Strong ability to perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes. Troubleshoot issues across application, database, and operating-system layers. Collaborate with business, project, and client stakeholders to analyze and resolve technical issues. Follow coding, testing, documentation, and application-support best practices. Good understanding of banking and core banking applications will be an advantage.
