We are seeking an experienced SmartRecruiters Functional Consultant with SAP CPI integration expertise to support talent acquisition processes, SmartRecruiters configuration, and integrations with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, and other enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities Lead requirements gathering and process mapping for recruitment and hiring processes. Configure SmartRecruiters workflows, requisitions, approval processes, application forms, templates, roles, and permissions. Design and support integrations between SmartRecruiters and SAP systems using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI). Define integration requirements, field mappings, business rules, data transformations, and error-handling processes. Coordinate integrations involving candidate, requisition, offer, organizational, employee, and onboarding data. Prepare functional specifications, interface mapping documents, test scenarios, and process flows. Support integration testing, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and regression testing. Analyze defects and production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate resolution with technical teams. Work with HR, Talent Acquisition, IT, security, and external vendors. Support data migration, release management, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization. Develop user guides and deliver training to recruiters, hiring managers, and support teams. Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, data quality, automation, and user experience. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in SmartRecruiters functional consulting, configuration, or production support. Strong understanding of end-to-end talent acquisition processes. Hands-on experience with SAP CPI integration concepts and interface support. Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, SFTP, web services, and integration monitoring. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, Employee Central, or SAP HCM integrations. Strong knowledge of data mapping, transformation rules, error handling, and reconciliation. Experience in requirements gathering, functional design, testing, and defect management. Excellent stakeholder-management, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills. SmartRecruiters certification or formal product training. SAP CPI or SAP Integration Suite certification. Knowledge of OAuth, basic authentication, certificates, security roles, and integration monitoring. Experience with global, multi-country, or multi-language implementations. Preferred Qualifications Experience integrating job boards, background-check providers, assessment platforms, onboarding tools, and HRIS systems. Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies. Understanding of recruitment data privacy and compliance requirements.
