Deployment Analyst / Performance Analyst

SAP Finance Deployment and Company Code Integration Role Requirement • Initial requirement: Two positions Additional demand may arise depending on the future portfolio of company changes Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Deployment Analyst / Performance Analyst to support the deployment of new company codes and finance capabilities across the SAP landscape. The role will be responsible for coordinating and delivering company code deployments in SAP ECC 6.0, including integration with SAP environment, Central Finance and Group Reporting. The analyst will work closely with Finance, Technology, Reporting, Banking, Treasury and other solution teams to ensure that organisational changes are implemented accurately and without disrupting financial operations or reporting. Key Responsibilities • Lead or support the end-to-end deployment of new company codes in SAP ECC 6.0. • Coordinate the integration of newly deployed company codes with SAP FBW, SAP Central Finance and Group Reporting. • Translate business and finance requirements into system configuration, integration and reporting requirements. • Assess the impact of company changes, including company-code creation, restructuring, mergers, acquisitions and legal-entity changes. • Coordinate master data, transactional data, hierarchy and reporting readiness across connected systems. • Define deployment scope, dependencies, milestones, risks and cutover activities. • Work with Banking, Treasury, Tax, Intercompany, General Accounting and Reporting teams to ensure end-to-end readiness. • Support mapping, reconciliation and validation of finance data between source systems and reporting platforms. • Coordinate system integration testing, user acceptance testing and regression testing. • Prepare test scenarios, deployment checklists, cutover plans and go-live readiness assessments. • Support defect triage and resolution by working with functional, technical and integration teams. • Monitor deployments during hypercare and ensure that identified issues are resolved within agreed timelines. • Maintain deployment documentation, process controls and audit evidence. • Identify opportunities to standardise and improve the company-code deployment methodology. Essential Skills and Experience • Strong experience in SAP Finance deployments, preferably involving SAP ECC 6.0. • Experience configuring or deploying company codes and associated finance organisational structures. • Good understanding of SAP FI, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting and Intercompany Accounting. • Experience with finance data flows between SAP ECC and downstream reporting or consolidation platforms. • Knowledge of SAP Central Finance and/or SAP Group Reporting. • Experience with data mapping, reconciliation, hierarchy changes and financial reporting validation. • Strong understanding of finance deployment life cycles, including design, testing, cutover, go-live and hypercare. • Ability to manage dependencies across Finance, Technology and reporting workstreams. • Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder-management capabilities. Desirable Skills • Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation or migration programmes. • Exposure to mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, legal-entity restructuring or company-code rationalisation. • Understanding of Banking, Treasury, FSCM and external financial reporting processes. • Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related discipline. • Relevant SAP Finance certification is advantageous. • Typically, 5 or more years of experience in SAP Finance, deployment, transformation or related roles.
