Job Description

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, STEM, or equivalent qualification. • Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I and Salesforce Platform Developer II (preferred/required). Key Responsibilities• Custom Development: Write and optimize custom business logic using Apex (classes, triggers, batch processes, and test classes). • User Interface: Build modern, responsive UIs using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components. • Integrations: Design and implement REST and SOAP API integrations connecting Salesforce with third-party enterprise systems or middleware. • Architecture & Governance: Ensure code compliance with Salesforce governance limits, security standards, and best practices. • Code Reviews & Mentorship: Conduct peer code reviews, lead technical discussions, and mentor junior developers. • Lifecycle & CI/CD: Manage source control, sandboxes, deployments, and CI/CD pipelines in Agile/Scrum environments. Core Technical Skills • Languages & Frameworks: Apex, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS, Visualforce. • Salesforce Clouds: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud (Community), and AppExchange packages. • Data & Tooling: SOQL, SOSL, VS Code, Salesforce CLI, Git, Postman. • Emerging Tech: Familiarity with Salesforce Flows, AI/Agentforce automation concepts, and MuleSoft integration patterns
