All Data Cloud programs proceed through 4 senior owned phases (Data model, Identity resolution, Segmentation & Activation). Phase transitions are controlled via approved artefacts (data architecture, unified-profile sign-off, segment library sign-off & activation lineage). Thus, the program will only proceed beyond phase 2 if there is proof of the unified-profile. The average end-to-end duration is between 10-18 weeks.
