The Akshaya Patra Foundation is an independent Indian charitable trust delivering the Government of India's PM POSHAN Initiative (formerly the Mid-Day Meal Scheme) to address classroom hunger and malnutrition at scale. The Akshaya Patra Foundation is one of India's largest non-profits, delivering the Government of India's PM POSHAN Initiative (formerly the Mid-Day Meal Scheme) at scale. The Approach

Solution

Techila migrated the donor estate from the legacy system to Salesforce NPSP (Nonprofit Success Pack), with Sales Cloud for opportunity management and Marketing Cloud for donor communications. OneDrive was integrated for receipt storage, Outlook for email and calendar sync, and a batch-processing workflow generates annual donation receipts automatically — with dynamic templates and digital signatures applied per campaign.
