Techila Global Services is a Salesforce Summit Partner delivering senior-led Revenue Cloud programmes across CPQ, subscription billing, revenue recognition (ASC 606 / IFRS 15), and contract lifecycle management. A senior pod configures product, pricing, discount governance, approval flows, billing schedules, and dunning — and integrates Revenue Cloud with Sales Cloud, ERP (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite), and tax engines. Programmes typically build in 14–22 weeks with 99.97% billing accuracy across SaaS, manufacturing, financial-services, and high-tech clients in North America, EMEA, and APAC.

[ The practice ]

Salesforce Revenue Cloud

Techila's Revenue Cloud solutions integrate CPQ, Billing and Order Management- eliminating revenue leakage and reducing quote-to-cash process.

With our Revenue Cloud specialists, we create the rules of CPQ, price points, and billing procedures to ensure accuracy, avoid errors, and to close deals.

[ Capabilities ]

8 capabilities, one delivery team.

The 8Revenue Cloud features described above address the entire quote-to-cash motion: product modeling and CPQ, to subscription billing and revenue recognition, all through to contracts, and then ERP/GL handoff. Each one ships as a configurable managed package, complete with integrated documentation back to ERP and the taxes, and to the larger Salesforce stack-meaning Finance and Sales begin on a single revenue record, out-of-the-box.

[ Delivery process ]

Four phases. Value gates at every boundary.

All Revenue Cloud programs are conducted via 4 senior-led phases: Diagnostics, build, cutover and optimisation. Gates are marked with signed-off artifacts (price model, Configured CPQ/billing, finance UAT, value review), and the program progresses when a quote-to-cash outcome is demonstrable. End-to-end duration is normally between 20-26 weeks.

Phase 01
Quote-to-cash diagnostic
3–4 weeks
Product, pricing, billing, and rev-rec audit; ERP/tax integration map; close-cycle baseline. Outputs a board-ready quote-to-cash case.
Phase 02
Build
10–14 weeks
Senior-only pod has setup CPQ, Billing, CLM, ERP integration and rev-rec, have sprint demo to deal desk, billing, finance teams.
Phase 03
Cutover
3–4 weeks
Data migration, parallel-run reconciliation, finance UAT, ERP/GL alignment, and phased go-live with senior on-floor support across the first close cycle.
Phase 04
Optimise
Ongoing
Quarterly value review, billing-accuracy tuning, deal-desk SLA review, and renewal/expansion programme expansion against the original case.
Techila rebuilt our quote-to-cash on Revenue Cloud and connected it cleanly into our ERP. Billing accuracy is now genuinely above 99.9 percent, deal cycles are weeks shorter, and our auditors signed off the rev-rec model first time.
