Four phases. Value gates at every boundary.

Health Cloud programs will proceed through 4 clinical led phases; care diagnostic, build, adoption and optimise. Transition between boundaries will be guarded by signed-off artifacts; (journey map, configured care record, clinician enablement, value review) therefore progressing the program will only occur when evidence of the clinical / operational outcome is apparent. Average end to end timeline: 18-26 weeks.
