Implemented patient registration flow from lead to patient conversion.
Integration with azure system to fetch real time data from registered EHR devices.
Show readings of real time data in the form of graphs by using Health Cloud data model.
Inform and alert the care team members if any readings outside the normal ranges of health readings.
Configured unit of measure in dynamic way based on source devices.
