[ Delivery process ]

Four phases. Value gates at every boundary.

The Manufacturing Cloud program will take four senior led phases; diagnostic, build, adopt and optimise. Gates to transition between each phase are supported by signed off artifacts (account/agreement model, configured Manufacturing Cloud, field enablement, value review) and the only moving part that is the program itself if the industrial outcome is proven. This end to end will generally take 20-26 weeks.

Phase 01
Sales & ops diagnostic
3–4 weeks
Account hierarchy, run-rate-agreement audit, dealer-network map, ERP/MES landscape, and field-service baseline. Outputs a board-ready industrial case.
Phase 02
Build
10–14 weeks
The senior-only pod setup and configure Manufacturing Cloud, agreement processes, dealer portal, Field Service and the ERP/MES integration - with sprint demos being conducted with Sales, Ops, and the Field teams.
Phase 03
Adoption
3–4 weeks
Sales, dealer, and field-service enablement, supervisor dashboards, change management, and go-live with senior on-floor support across the first close cycle.
Phase 04
Optimise
Ongoing
Quarterly value review, forecast-accuracy tuning, dealer-engagement programmes, Field Service AI optimisation, and Agentforce expansion.
Techila wired Manufacturing Cloud into our agreements, dealer network, and Field Service operation in one programme. Forecast accuracy by product family is now defensible at board level, and our technician productivity moved up forty-five percent in the first year.
