How this estimate works
The calculator applies Salesforce's listed Agentforce prices to the usage you enter, using one of the two pricing models.
Flex Credits
Credits per year = standard actions × 20 credits × 12. Credits are priced at $500 per 100,000, and the calculator counts whole packs.
Per conversation
Conversations per month × $2 × 12. No free allowance is applied.
Discount
No volume discount tiers are applied. If you have a negotiated discount, enter it and it is applied to every line.
Example
