Job Description:
As a Salesforce.com Pre-Sales Consultant, you will work closely with our sales and technical teams to engage prospective clients, understand their business requirements, and design tailored Salesforce solutions. You will be responsible for delivering compelling product demonstrations, developing proofs-of-concept, and supporting the sales process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify opportunities.
  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their business challenges and technical requirements.
  • Deliver persuasive product demonstrations and presentations showcasing Salesforce capabilities.
  • Develop and manage proofs-of-concept to illustrate the value of proposed solutions.
  • Assist in crafting tailored proposals and technical documentation that meet client needs.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure proposed solutions align with best practices and industry standards.
  • Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and industry trends to provide cutting-edge recommendations.
  • Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and client meetings as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a pre-sales or technical consulting role, with a focus on Salesforce solutions.
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including its various clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.).
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business benefits.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant).
  • Experience with technical proposal development and delivering successful proofs-of-concept.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
