Job Description:
As a Salesforce.com Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, implementation, and delivery of Salesforce projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, and ensure alignment with business goals. Your deep understanding of Salesforce and proven project management skills will be essential in delivering high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Salesforce projects from initiation through delivery and post-implementation support.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Communicate project status, updates, and performance metrics to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and project management methodologies.
• Facilitate meetings, document requirements, and maintain project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee user training and change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of Salesforce solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• Masters in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience with a focus on Salesforce implementations.
• Proven track record managing end-to-end Salesforce projects.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform features, functionalities, and integration capabilities.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Relevant project management certifications (PMP, Agile/Scrum Master, etc.) are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant).
• Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Ability to analyze business processes and recommend improvements leveraging Salesforce technology.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
