Job Description:
We are seeking a Junior Recruiter with at least 1+ years of experience in IT recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of IT roles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage the full recruitment cycle. You will play a vital role in sourcing and attracting top-tier IT talent for our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various IT positions.

Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the role.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
