Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst with 1 to 2 years of experience to gather
business requirements, manage product backlogs, and collaborate with stakeholders and
developers to ensure seamless Salesforce implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gather business requirements from stakeholders and define user stories.
• Own and prioritize the backlog, ensuring clear and actionable tasks.
• Assist in scrum execution, sprint planning, and backlog management.
• Work closely with developers and end-users to implement enhancements and resolve
defects.
• Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and reports.
• Support UAT, data imports, troubleshooting, and end-user training.
• Ensure solutions align with business needs and function as expected.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 1 to 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Admin or Salesforce Business Analyst.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, workflows, and reporting.
• Experience in Agile methodologies and backlog management.
• Excellent requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication
skills.
• Hands-on experience in UAT, issue resolution, and training.
• Salesforce Admin knowledge is a must.
• Salesforce or BA certification is a plus.
