DC Ecommerce is a Platform where Dietitians work with people to provide personalized nutrition advice and practical solutions, without fads or gimmicks and they want to offer this service virtually and there is no process to connect with people where people can opt out their program virtually from anywhere. 

Solution

It was proposed to use a Salesforce Community customer Portal to resolve the problem. 

We build the customer community portal where people can register and login and can choose the product or program they are interested in, which also allows them to add those products in the cart for checkout with simless payment methods. 

DC ecommerce was able to have smart reports which helped in decision making. 

Sale for the products increased by 30% in the following quarter.
